We want Wingrave Yeats to be a place where great people want to work. We pride ourselves on our very low staff turnover and our dedication to staff development.
Coaching Culture
We encourage a ‘coaching culture’ within the firm. We do this across all levels of staff. It works because of the lack of barriers between partners and staff and the level of responsibility given to even the most junior staff.
We operate a system of rotating trainees as working PAs to the partners so that they are exposed to clients as much as possible. This helps them develop their handling skills.

Team Building
The team spirit is very important to us. Besides the annual Christmas party, we organise an annual outing for the whole organisation. We’ve been to Paris, Barcelona, Nice, Prague, Amsterdam, Madrid and Rome, and this year we are off to Lisbon. We also field our own softball team.
Dress code
Staff dress casually during the week (depending on client meetings) and we operate a flexi-time working system, within core hours.
Communication
We have an open-door communications policy and frequent staff meetings at all levels. This gives everyone in the business a voice – both setting expectations and expressing needs.
Sabbaticals
We grant leave to travel where appropriate. Go to Lies Issue 13 (page 21, "Laura's Travels") and Lies Issue 14 (page 13, "Back to my Future") to read how Laura Caldwell spent 12 months travelling around the world.
Alumni Club
It's small (not many people leave) but it's perfectly formed. Keeping up with our old friends is very important to us and hopefully useful and fun for them.
