I have been at Wingrave Yeats since March 2000 and completed my ACA training at the firm. That was the easy part! I considered getting a different experience post qualification and although I am pleased I explored this decision carefully, I'm glad I stayed with the firm. Wingrave Yeats offers diversity and challenge every single day. This is ultimately derived from the breadth of our client base and servicing the variety of needs that come with such a diverse range of clients. At the same time we all juggle our own projects which we are given the freedom to create and fulfil.
Each manager is directly involved in practice management and the overall service delivery to each client. This often means co-ordinating cross-department service lines. Our information-sharing and client bank access, facilitated by an extremely advanced IT system and fully supported remote access, is particularly important.
Our approach with our clients is very hands-on and therefore Business Advisory and Project Work is never too far away. We are an ambitious firm; we are courageous, informed and confident in the projects we undertake and therefore these characteristics are borne out in our staff.
Wingrave Yeats is a fun place to work and is full of enthusiastic staff. Responsibility is given early and so trust is established in a close-knit team. This makes for a hard-working, communicative and supportive group. The staff enjoy a range of extra-curricular activities, this variety is reflected in the work we do, the different roles we bring to a team and great office chat!
