  • We recruit graduates straight from university.
  • We recruit first-year leavers from ‘Big Four’ firms who show aptitude for working with growing businesses.
  • We recruit on potential not the ability to do the job on day one. Intelligent graduates, particularly those with non-relevant degrees, are often forced to leave the large firms because they don't pass their exams first time. However, we believe that, with the right attitude they can make a real contribution here.
  • We also take on ACCA trainees and those in their final stages of AAT who show the personal qualities and talents which reflect our corporate culture.

Our approach

Our trainees are given early (but controlled and supported) responsibility and quickly become involved with clients. We like to give them the opportunity to see work assignments through from start to finish.
